Meet the proud principal of Soleng Tom Elementary School, Oscar Dotson. Proud TUSD employee since 1994 and exceptionally proud of 15 years as principal of Soleng Tom. Proud graduate of the University of Arizona and Northern Arizona and husband to a TUSD employee of 29 years and father of 2 sons and a daughter.
